Of course I have to add my comments – so I would like to note how absurd the power squats, basketball drills, and push up drills are. I will say though, my legs are a bit sore already! And today, It only took me about 5 minutes to get off the ground, as compared to yesterdays 15 (or longer) minutes. Don’t get me wrong, It was HARD and I couldn’t do half the stuff, but I pushed through to the end. I’m not feeling so much like jello today, BUT I can definitely feel my legs, arms, and shoulders getting tight – although I’ll likely be in pain tomorrow, that’s a good sign because I know my muscles are getting stronger! I feel better after today’s workout than I did yesterday. Guess what, folks!? I must be insane, because day 2 of insanity was drill repetition all the way through! On the bright side, I KNOW I will see different results because there is know what anyone can bust their butt through these drills and not see results!
